This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The only approved source for this solicitation is Rolls-Royce Allison FSCM: 63005. Solicitation F41608-99-Q-46072 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Contract line item 0001 is for 100 EA of Rotary Pump (NSN 4320-00-100-1071RW, P/N 6871879). Size/Dimensions: 4" wide x 4" long x 2" high; Form/Fit/Function Description: Used to scavenge oil within reduction gearbox back to main oil reservoir. Predominant Material of Manufacture:steel, corrosion resistant . Materiel is to be delivered to Kelly AFB, Tx(FB2059) as follows: 100 EA -- 30 Sep 99. Acceptance and FOB are at origin. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items also applies to this acquisition. Qualifications requirements are in accordance with Commercial procedures.
