The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNS) requires the replacement of a cooling unit supporting a dormitory on the AmeriCorps* National Civilian Community Corps (A*NCCC). The prospective vendor will furnish all labor and materials to do the following: (1) to disconnect and remove the old chiller (2) set the new chiller in place on the existing pad (3) provide all piping and electrical service modifications to connect the new chiller (4) insulate chilled water piping and electrical service modifications to connect the new chiller and (5) start-up and verify proper operation of the new chiller.
