This is a FMS asset and will be a sole source procurement to Raytheon Missile Systems, 6201 Strawberry Lane, Louisville, KY 40214-2962. The equipment shall be repaired to the documentation of manufacture, including mandatory changes to a ready for issue serviceable condition. The equipment shall be tested in accordance with latest approved drawings/specifications in effect at the time work is performed. The contractor shall propose a delivery schedule for consideration by the Government. Delivery shall be FOB Origin with the equipment shipped to a designated freight forwarder via a collect commercial bill of lading. No formal request for quotation will be issued.
