There are four line items. Line Item 0001: UNICOR Number CHG0428, 73,920 pounds Wetting Agent compound, Albegal-BND. Line Item 0002: CHG1202, 10,560 pounds of Cibacron, Compound Powder F-3R, Yellow. Line Item 0003: CHG1203, 3,520 pounds of Cibacron, Scarlet, F-3G, Powder. Line Item 0004: CHG1204, 4,400 pounds of Cibacron, Navy, FG, Powder, color Navy, compound, powder. There will be a two-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. Each delivery order is due in 15 days. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AVAILABLE. CIBA Specialty Chemicals is the only source for providing this supply item. All interested concerns identify their interest in writing and fully document their capability to meet the Agency's requirements by forwarding in writing and may be mailed to Millie Clark, UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, 320 First St NW, Washington, DC 20534. All proposals from responsible sources will be considered by the Agency. If no affirmative written response is received by July 19, 1999 to determine that a comparable source is available, or is more advantageous to the Government, negotiations will take place with CIBA Specialty Chemicals.
