Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) and its hardware partners form
relationships to provide their mutual customers with software and
hardware compatibility as well as the highest level of support, quality
and performance. PTC certifies its software running on a specific
hardware configuration by successfully executing a suite of rigorous
tests designed to examine all areas of Pro/ENGINEER functionality. The
result is a software/hardware combination supported by both PTC and
the hardware vendor. Hardware partners provide equipment to PTC so its
worldwide technical support organization has immediate access to all
certified hardware configurations. This enables PTC's technical support
engineers to rapidly reproduce and resolve customers' questions.
Additionally, PTC has direct access to technical expertise from
certified hardware partners for assistance with all certification and
support activities. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended.
