Destination Within Consignee's Premises, to three consignees: Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Blvd., Calverton (Long Island), NY; Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman, OH; and Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE 19701. Granite niche cover requirements to be delivered to each cemetery no later than August 6, 1999. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 3281 and a size standard of 500 employees is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote. The contractor will be required to furnish a sample of granite to be used in satisfying these requirements to verify compliance with the specifications. In addition, the contractor will be required to submit pre-production samples as well. Requests for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Ms. Cheryl Harding and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable**) payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about June 9, 1999.
