N66001-98-R-9502. Requirements unchanged from previous synopsis.
Contractor will provide research and development support services for
the Navy Personnel Research and Development Center in the design,
development, test and evaluation, integration, installation, and update
of yield management technologies, decision support systems, and
databases for military selection and classification and technical
training within the Integrated Navy Training Requirements and Planning
Databases. Support will include conducting laboratory simulation
prototypes and live pilot tests of alternative training management
business processes. This project will provide the Navy decision support
tools to assess "what if" scenarios regarding tradeoffs among training
demand and training costs. Contract is anticipated to be a cost plus
fixed fee, indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery type with a
performance period of five years (1 base year and 4one year options).
The total contract level of effort, including options is 77,100 hours.
