procure on a sole source basis from Raytheon Systems Company, 2501
South Highway 121, P. O. Box 405, M/S 3442, Lewisville, TX 75067. This
proposal is for the engineering, fabrication, testing, and production
planning effort required for the insertion of a Selective Availability
Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) into the Joint Standoff Weapons (JSOW)
production units. The purpose of this effort is to bring new production
JSOWs delivered after 1 April 2003 in compliance with current Global
Position System (GPS) security requirements for weapon based GPS. This
