Furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and transportation to provide testing laboratory services for the Bed Tower (Phase 3) project at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, Tennessee. Principals of the testing laboratory must be registered professional engineers with a minimum of 5 year experience in the types of testing required under this contract. Each person in charge of laboratory testing, field testing and inspection must have not less than one year full-time experience in the duties performed under this contract. The period of performance of this contract will coincide with the estimated time of the construction period, approximately 26 months. The testing laboratory contract will remain in-force for the full duration of the construction contract including all delays and time extensions.
