The U.S. Army intends to procure Depot Repair and Maintenance Support Services of the AN/TPQ-36 (V), AN/TPQ-37 (V) FIREFINDER Radar Systems and the AN/TPQ-64 Sentinel parts common with FIREFINDER Systems via award of a Time and Material (T&M) contract with Raytheon Technical Services Company. The effort will include support for repair parts of the AN/TPQ-46 which is the Marine Corps version of the AN/TPQ-36 (V) as well as the overhaul of FIREFINDER systems during the transition of Sacramento Air Logistic Center (SM-ALC) Depot repair works to Tobyhanna Army Depot. Only Raytheon (previously Hughes) as prior developer and manufacturer possesses the essential technical background and experience to provide the repair services for these system and assemblies. The Government does not possess a fully validated competitive Technical Data Package for these items. There is only one responsible source that will satisfy the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered bythe agency.
