EPA's Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) has established a 360-Degree Feedback Workgroup for supervisors and managers. The selected contractor will provide the OCFO with technical support in developing a 360-Degree Feedback instrument, in conducting two training sessions for OCFO employees, in administration of the instrument to 50 employees, and in the tabulation, compilation and presentation of the feedback. The Government estimates that the requirement will cost approximately $30,000-40,000. Certain aspects of the Feedback instrument will be usd again on an annual basis. EPA estimates that proposals will be due on June 30, 1999. Any interested parties who have experience and knowledge with 360-Degree Feedback survey instruments should request an RFP from Oliver Voss, 401 M St, SW, Mail Code 3803R, Washington, DC 20460.
