This solicitation is being issued to obtain offers for comparison purposes and will not result in a contract if Government performance is determined to be more advantageous. Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, training, and other items and services necessary to perform Telephone Switchboard Operations at Whiteman AFB MO. Contract performance will be for a basic and four option periods. The solicitation will be set-aside for small business concerns.
