approximately 25,000 to 30,000 net square feet on a suitable site for
the Eastside Carrier Annex, Buffalo, NY 14206. The preferred geographic
perimeter area is within the Stewartsville mail delivery area as
approximately bounded by the following: NORTH -- Genesee Street; SOUTH
-- Clinton Street; East -- Bailey Street; West -- Fillmore Avenue.
Proposals to purchase must be submitted on the USPS "Offer to Sell"
contract available from the undersigned. Site descriptive data, zoning
information, Agent authorization, if any and ownership information is
required. The USPS does not purchase property located within a
Floodway or Wetlands designated area. Proposals in significant variance
of the above requirements, while not preferred, will be considered. The
Postal Service shall not be responsible for contingent fees. Proposals
