The work will include construction of concrete driveway and sidewalk, wood porch and ramp, septic system and rerouting and connection of existing water, and electric utilities to the residence. Project location is at the Browns Park National Wildlife Refuge in Moffat County, Maybell Colorado. The request for quotation will be issued on or about June 24, 1999. Performance period is 60 calendar days. Acquisition is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
