Services are required for the construction of a new 17,700 SF masonry facility and a 4,000 SF metal storage building for the Base Civil Engineering function, construction of a new access road, new parking lots, installation of a new 8" water main, and demolition of an existing 4,000 SF metal storage building. The project includes office, conference rooms, classrooms, warehouse, men's and women's latrines/showers/locker rooms, and open administrative areas for pre-wired workstations. The new construction consists of CMU walls and drywall, suspended ceilings, overhead insulated doors and electric operators, insulated windows, standing seam metal roof, interior metal halide fixtures, exterior light poles with fixtures, interior finishes to include carpeting, vinyl wall covering, vinyl composition floor tile, systems furniture and casework. Also included in the new construction is the installation of the primary underground electric, gas line and sewer laterals, utility meters, HVAC and duct work, infrared heat system, pulse type boilers, air compressor, new wiring, communications manholes and wiring to include fiber optics, new wet pipe fire suppression system, fire detection and alarm systems. The associated site work includes earth moving, asphalt parking lots, concrete curbs and gutters, sidewalks, asphalt access road, RCP storm drainage, and landscaping.
