Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and material, and performing all work in connection with the Repair Roof NAOC, Bldg. 2130-VKAG 91-1101 Project in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The work involved includes, but is not limited to, the following: (1) Remove existing built-up roof from existing gypsum deck.; (2) Remove existing exhaust fans and curbs. Replace fan as indicated on the drawings; (3) Remove and replace sections of existing soffit, downspouts and fascia; (4) Furnish and install built-up roof (BUR) and associated flashing. All work is to be performed on Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The magnitude of this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and open to all firms, including small and small disadvantaged concerns.
