The contractor shall furnish and install a new fully adhered 45 mil EPDM membrane roofing system over the same portion of the roof. The total roof area to be replaced is approximately 6,527 square feet. The work is situated in Red Willow County, McCook, Nebraska. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) will be made available on or around June 25, 1999. It is anticipated that award will be made on or around July 16, 1999, therefore the period of performance shall be between July 16 and August 13, 1999.
