The work includes: 1) full depth patching, 2) removal of pavement surface course, 3) new overlays, 4) pavement markings, 5) seal coating, and 6) installation of new storm drainage, consisting of a catch basin and piping. The contractor will be required to provide construction traffic controls and perform the work in phases so as to minimize adverse parking within the large main parking lot. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The estimated bid opening date is July 1999. Bid quarantee, payment and performance bonds are required.
