Detailed technical data for manufacture and acceptance of these items has not been proven by the Government. It is required that all respondents have manufactured the above NSNs or other U.S. Government SINCGARS CCAs. Respondents must also prove they have a first hand working knowledge of all SINCGARS specifications not only in manufacture but also in the design of the Government approved SINCGARS configurations. Manufacturers capable of furnishing these items, within the required time frame, must so indicate by writing to Commander, USA CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-COM-R-SR, Building 1202W, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. Respondents meeting the aforementioned requirements shall receive an invitation for bid. No other responses shall be provided.
