The second film processor is the Allen Film Products model number C-41 MF 1 x 2 along with flowmeter, installation, shipping, and checkout. This is a sole source, firm fixed price contract with The Allen Product Company, 180 Wampus Lane, Milford, CT 06460, (203) 878-7454. The solicitation number for this announcement is F08651-99-T-0543 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
