Receipt of proposals is due in this office by COB 07/07/99. This requirement is for 237 fixed seats and 36 swivel seats. Seating will be manufactured and installed IAW Specification 12600 and Drawing Number F-141-31-12, Plate 7, 03/04/99 included in Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ and resultant contract award are being processed in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable proposal. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 2531and is unrestricted.
