These services include planning, drawing reviews, equipment installation, post installation inspection, crew training, etc. The government intends to solicit Kollmorgen Corporation, Electro-Optical Division, Northampton, MA on a sole source basis for these services. The resulting contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Completion type contract. This acqusition is being processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
