Anticipated date for solication issue is on or about 06 July 99 and the solicitation will only be issued on the World Wide Web. The web site address is http://www.drms.dla.mil. The procurement is small business set-aside and proposals will be due approximately 06 Aug 99. This solicitation will result in a requirements type contract with an 18-month base period and two 18-month option periods. This RFP will have separate bid schedules to allow for multiple awards if advantageous to the Government. Performance will be requested on delivery orders issued against the basic contract. Special requirements: prospective contractors or subcontractors must comply with all Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations governing handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous materials and environmental protection.
