Medical Centers in Martinsburg, WV and Washington, DC require
preventive maintenance services on Ohmeda anesthesia equipment
including labor, tools, equipment, parts, travel, etc. Inspections and
unlimited emergency repair services are required and shall be
accomplished in accordance with the original manufacturer's
instructions, including but not limited to, adjustments, calibrations,
lubrications, cleaning, testing, replacement of worn or defective
nonconsumable parts, etc. required to keep equipment in good operable
condition. Contractor must have successfully completed a formalized
training program at manufacturer or manufacturer approved schools and
must be certified by the OEM for all equipment identified in the
solicitation. Two years of field experience is required with respect to
scheduled and unscheduled preventive and remedial maintenance on
equipment. A technical evaluation panel will be conducted to determine
qualifications and capabilities of offerors to furnish the services
calledfor by this solicitation. SIC 7699, size standard $5.09 mil. Full
and Open Competition. Period of Service: October 1, 1999 through
September 30, 2000 with the option to renew for four additional
