This is a modification to contract DAAH0199C0002 to include Modernization Through Spares (MTS) Requirement for FY 00-01, for improvements and test of selected AMCOM managed assemblies and subassemblies of the PATRIOT Weapon System. The FY 00 option for a quantity of 47 and FY 01 for a quantity of 50. This requirement will be an addition to the FY 99 contract DAAH0199C0002 to procure by other than full and open competition, depot level diagnosis and repair for AMCOM managed PATRIOT assemblies and subassemblies. This requirement is sole source to Raytheon Company, Missile Systems Division, Andover Plant, 350 Lowell Street, West Andover, MA 01810, the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will supply agency requirements. The Government does not have in its possession the technical data package suitable and/or cannot provide Special Test Equipment to support competition. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
