The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to issue a delivery order (0011), on an other than full and open competition basis, to an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-98-G-1010, with ERIM International. ERIM shall provide necessary engineering support to modify the operation of the UWB-Mode. ERIM is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of a unique radar system, and the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform this effort within the limited time constraints of the Navy. Configuration consists of L-, C-, X-, and UHF transmitter systems, the clutter lock unit, the system control computer, and the Real Time Processing Unit.
