R -- COMPENSATION SYSTEM SUPPORT SOL N00173-99-Q-0097 POC Darlene Copp, Purchasing Agent, (202) 767-2374 The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for services to provide Reward Compensation Software application support for the Human Resource Office to administer the NRL compensation program under demonstration project, implement the Reward Compensation Software application on NRL provided equipment (including software installation and configuration), Prepare and load NRL data into the application including identification of the data to be loaded, provide Wyatt market survey data appropriate to NRL positions to be loaded into application, identify the Wyatt job codes which are appropriate matches to NRL positions for salary comparison purposes, recommend the methodologies to be used to administer the compensation system after implementation including development of automated templates, scripts and programs needed to implement recommendations and to develop a Web interface to the compensation data that will enable managers, supervisors, and others to query the market salary data and to print reports on salary information and compensation.
