services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as
supplemental with additional information included in the notice. A
written solicitation will be issued upon request. This is a request for
quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-99-Q-3FA6M3. This solicitation document
will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11 The standard industrial
classification code is 5812 and the size standard is $5.0 mil. The
requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide messing for
USCGC Patoka (WLR-75408) and USCGC Greenbrier (WLR-75501). Place of
Performance must be within 50 miles of Harvey, LA . Performance period
for USCGC Patoka: start with lunch on July 19 and ending with
breakfast on August 16, 1999. Performance period for USCGC Greenbrier:
start with lunch on September 13 and ending with breakfast on October
11, 1999. Specifications to be provided on request. The government
will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the
responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most
advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The
following factors shall be used to evaluate offer: Price, Required
Delivery Date. The following FAR clauses will apply to this
solicitation: 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers

and Disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working
capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are
available under the DOT Short-term Lending Program (STLP) at prime
interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum
