services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as
supplemental with additional information included in the notice. A
written solicitation will be issued upon request. This is a request for
quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-99-Q-3FA6M5. This solicitation document
will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The standard industrial
classification code is 7011 and the size standard is $5.0. The
requirement is for the following: Provide berthing for the crew of the
CGC Patoka, 13 crew members. Performance Period: check in on 07/19/99
and check out on the morning of 08/16/99 and Provide berthing for the
crew of the CGC Greenbrier, 13 crew members. Performance Period: check
in on 09/13/99 and check out on the morning of 10/11/99. Both crews
will require 5 Double and 3 Single rooms. Place of performance is
within 50 miles of Harvey LA. Specifications to be provided on request.
The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation
to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be
most advantageous to the government, price and other factors
considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offer:

capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are
