The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Cumberland, intends to award a Non-Personal Contract to a qualified individual or business capable of providing Wellness Program Coordinator Service for the Recreation Department. The contract period will include (October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000). The contractor will provide expertise in coordinating a Wellness Program for inmates in the Recreation Department. The contractor will be responsible for identifying appropriate Wellness classes and workshops to be offered to the inmate population in several areas such as aerobics, nutrition, fitness, and non-weight lifting related activities.
