R -- EA-6B ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES SOL N68936-99-G-0096 POC Sherri Trask, Contract Specialist, (805) 989-8514 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, California intends to enter into negotiations and award of an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N68936-99-G-0096 on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Point Mugu, California. The order will be to support the operation, maintenance, and configuration management of the EA-6B Weapons System Support Laboratory (WSSL); replace and install equipment and Weapon Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs) in the WSSL; support the troubleshooting and repair of ICAP II hardware and software in the ICAP III Weapon Support Laboratory (IWSL). Northrop Grumman Corporation is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the EA-6B aircraft. Northrop Grumman Corporation possesses proprietary data, technical expertise, equipment and laboratories developed for the EA-6B Advanced Capabilities program; these resources will be required extensively in the Block 89A and ICAP III programs.
