The Pentagon Renovation Program, Department of Defense, has a requirement for insurance broker services to provide an owner controlled insurance program (OCIP) for the remaining portions of the Pentagon Renovation Program work. The renovation and new construction work to be covered by the OCIP are being done in, and in the immediate vicinity of, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. Remaining Pentagon Renovation Program work and contracts are valued in excess of $600 million. The broker will assist and advise on all matters related to the development, implementation, and administration of an owner controlled rolling wrap-up for the Pentagon Renovation Program. The broker will market and place certain insurance coverages. These coverages could include workers' compensation, general liability, environmental impairment, pollution liability, errors and omissions, contractor default insurance, and on-site automobile.
