Estimated Cost Range of Project $90,000 to $110,000. Time of construction is 132 days. Work includes but is not limited to the following; Provide and install ballistic resistance glazing and frames to meet UL Standard 752 (level VIII) rating and miscellaneous architectural/finish work, to include cutting back wall to sill line and ceramic tile work, removing wood paneling at jamb and patch and repair. Work shall be performed after hours on weekday, or on weekends. This solicitation will issue on or about June 22, 1999. This project is being procured using an informal source selection, which will result in a firm-fixed price award to the offeror which provides the "best value" to the Government. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the internet. These documents will be in a PDF format and will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WW browser application. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically.
