Work includes but is not limited to, constructing an addition, reconstructing existing latrines, locker rooms, and janitor closet(s), upgrading existing plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, upgrade existing lighting, upgrade fire detection system, relocating existing heating and ventilation equipment, and upgrading existing landscaping, sidewalks, and site drainage. The magnitude of construction is between $1 million to $5 million. Offerors must provide their ZIP plus 4 digit ZIP codes. Solicitation will be available on the EPS website on or about 30 June 1999. Therefore, no paper copies will be mailed out. A firm fixed price contract with a period of performance of 365 calendar days after notice to proceed.
