The work involves repairs to metal roofs, removing and replacing roof vents, gutters and downspouts and associated work at various Marine Corps buildings located at the site. This request for quotations (RFQ) will be conducted under simplified acquisition procedures with award based on price and price related factors. The magnitude of construction is estimate at between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond will be required from the successful offeror, but no performance bond or bid guarantee is required if your offer does not exceed $100,000.
