This equipment is used in support of the HU25 Falcon aircraft. Part numbers MY20214-14816 (Bushing 1 each) and MY20214-1401 (Spring 1 each) are to be delivererd to USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Otis AFB, Cape Cod MA 02542 and Part number 83-615-5-0 (Switch 1 each) is to be delivered to USCG Air Station Corpus Christi, Ocean Drive Hanger 41, Corpus Christi TX 78419. All other items are to be delivered to USCG Aircraft Repair & Supply Center, Bldg. 63, Elizabeth City, NC. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3728 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. Offers shall be FOB Destination and will be evaluated on the basis of the lowest overall cost to the Government. Offers submitted on a basis other than FOB Destination will be rejected as non-responsive. Each piece of equipment shall be packaged in accordance with best commercial packaging to enable shipment to destination and transshipment to a Coast Guard unit without repacking or incurring damage during shipping and handling. Material shall be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129M, Marking for Shipment and Storage, dated 15 Jun 93. All labeling shall be imprinted with the appropriate National Stock Number, Part Number, and Purchase Order number. Labeling data shall be attached to the outside of the shipping container. Inspection and acceptance to ensure items are in accordance with manufacturer specifications will be performed at destination.
