AH-64 TADS/PNVS Program System proposes to acquire Twenty-Four (24) Internal Auxiliary Fuel Tanks, Forty-Eight (48) installation kits and Six (6) ground handling devices from Robertson Aviation, PO Box 968, Tempe, AZ 85280. This procurement will be a sole source contract to Robertson Aviation under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 60302-1, entitled "Only one reponsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." As sole developer/manufacturer of the Robertson Apache Internal Auxiliary Fuel Tank, installation kit and ground handler, Roberston Aviation owns the Technical Data Package (TDP), maintains the exclusive engineering knowledge, design and test history associated with the design. Robertson Aviation is the only company that has the experience and technical expertise with the disign and manufacture of the system. There is no technical data package and no solicitation that will be issued. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer.
