The Navy requires a quantity of one each Manual Control Helicopter Generator/Alternator Test Stand (MCHGATS) with associated equipment, in accordance with NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane Statement of Work and specification. The MCHGATS shall include, but not be limited to, a 150 horsepower (minimum) variable drive with 1000 inch/pounds Torque measurement, 90 kilowatts/75 kilovolt ampere rating, AC Load Bank and a 1,200 Amp (minimum) DC Load Bank. Installation and training of the MCHGATS will also be required by the contractor. Award will be a firm-fixed price supply type contract. Delivery of one each will be required within 270 days after contract award. Accelerated deliveries are acceptable to the Government at no additional cost. FOB destination terms apply with inspection and acceptance at the contractor's facility. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency.
