Work to be performed consists of cutting, pruning, herbicide treatment, and clearing away of trees, limbs, branches, and foliage on trees which interfere with or by reason of their location or condition may interfere with or will not allow sufficient clearance for safe and proper maintenance and operation of SNR's transmission lines.
