This solicitation is for multiple award task order contracts for financial advisors to assist the United States Department of Transportation in evaluating applications and negotiating agreements for the provision of Federal credit instruments under the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA). The work includes analyzing the credit-worthiness of projects and assisting in negotiating term sheets and credit agreements to be entered into with participants.
