The U.S. Department of Education (ED) is interested in receiving bids for a project to conduct studies of the air and water quality in seven Department of Education buildings. Requests for Quotes (RFQs)submitted under this announcement shall focus on conducting analyses based on Environmental Protection Agency National Primary and Secondary Drinking Water Regulations; American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Engineering Standard 62-1989, and current Occupational Safety and Health criteria.
