There shall be a 2.5 acre stand of cottonwoods and willows trees in the terrace adjacent to the water, and a 9.5 acre stand of mesquite trees above the terrace. The project site is situated approximately 5 miles from Blythe, California near McIntire Park. Copies of the Request for Quotation will be available on or about June 11, 1999. The proposed project is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The small business size standard is $5.0 million and the standard industrial classification code is 0783. Evaluation of quotations will be based on price alone. The estimated deadline date of receipt of bids will be July 7, 1999.
