RFP 200-0512-SC is hereby being amended to correct the issue and closing dates to read as follows: Estimated RFP issue date is June 21, 1999 and the estimated closing date is July 21, 1999, 2:00 pm local time. The RFP is also being amended to correct the base period and option years. A firm-fixed price-requirements type contract with a one year base period and four one-year options is anticipated. Services for the base period and each of the four option years shall include services for 20 inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (48 half-hour sessions per inmate), group counseling (48 half-hour sessions per inmate) and family counseling (4 half-hour sessions per inmate) respectively.
