The purpose of these awards is to conduct studies of enrollment patterns and demographic characteristics of AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAP) Clients and their associations with morbidity and mortality. THIS PROCUREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO ALL STATE ADAP PROGRAMS FUNDED AS OF 9/30/98 UNDER TITLE II OF THE RYAN WHITE CARE ACT ONLY. The purpose of this procurement is to assess patterns of enrollment in ADAPs from 1997-1999 to clarify how these programs fill the gaps in coverage for medications among people living with HIV/AIDS.
