The requirment is to provide helicopter support for US Navy operations in Hawaii, primarily at Barking Sands, Kauai. The contract will require a BHT-412 or equal and BHT-206L3 or equal. The aircraft will be utilized approximately 120 and 60 days respectively. Each mobilization would have a minimum of 14 days advance notification. Offerors must provide aircraft that have a military equivalent in accordance with US Navy OPNAVINST 3100.8 and the Contractor must be capable of obtaining AMC approval. Personnel proposed must be capable of receiving security clearances. Contractor will be given a minimum of 120 calendar days from date of award until contract performance is to begin.
