THIS SYNOPSIS SUPERCEDES SYNOPSIS FOR SOLICITATION NO. 52SBNB8C1115, PUBLISHED JULY 14, 1998. The National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST), Gaithersburg, Maryland, has an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement for performance based landscaping (design and installation) services. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be available in the solicitation package. Subsequent task orders will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) basis. The period of performance will be one (1) year from the date of contract award, with the option to extend for four (4) additional 1-year periods. All requests for a copy of the solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) at the above address.
