Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Midwest Area, has a project entitled Metalwash Remodeling, National Animal Disease Center (NADC), Ames, IA. The work includes but is not limited to: Construct improvements to existing metalware and glassware washing facilities including wall and door changes, epoxy flooring replacement, plaster ceiling repairs, painting, plumbing and HVAC work, electrical work, and glassware and metalware cleaning equipment relocation and replacement. The Magnitude of Construction is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance will be 180 calendar days after receipt of a Notice to Proceed (NTP) (NTP estimated to be issued in September/October 1999). A Bid Bond as well as Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required.
