Armstrong (970) 490-7216; Amy Wright (970) 490-7523 The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes but is not limited to demolition and removal of two office trailers and related utilities; removal of a septic system; construction of a two-story office building; demolition and reconstruction of office and mezzanine facilities in an existing building; addition of an overhead door in an existing building; extension of and connection to the Town of Mills sewer system, and reconstruction of site utilities, drainage, asphalt paving, and sidewalks. This project will be performed at Western's Casper office located in Natrona County, Wyoming. The estimated order of magnitude of this project is between $1M -- $5M. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be issued in hard copy FREE OF CHARGE. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 5.102-3, Western procurement officials will be limiting availability of this solicitation. Therefore, only a limited number of copies will be issued on a "first-come, first served" basis. Additional copies of this solicitation will be available through various "Plan Holders Rooms." All work for all of the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) must be completed within 365 calendar days after Western issues a Notice to Proceed. All the CLINs will be delivery FOB destination. There will be only one award made from this solicitation. Therefore all bidders must submit their bids on an "all or none basis". This solicitation will be issued on or about July 18, 1998. The projected bid opening date is on or about August 18, 1999. This proposed procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside (See Note 1).
