The Standard Industrial Code(SIC) for this project is 1542 General Contractors Non residential buildings, other than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses. The size standard is $17.0 Million. The work includes adding an automatic wet-type sprinkler system to the building; integrating the sprinkler system components with the existing fire alarm panel; replacing the existing acoustical ceiling grid and tiles; and removing, cleaning and reinstalling the existing light fixtures and incidental related work. The projected date of availability of the solicitation is 22 June 99. The projected bid opening date is 02 August 1999.
