Work includes demolition of existing main electrical switchgear, installation of a new switchgear and it's associated building and site work, and replacement of indicated existing underground electrical cables and associated site work; installation of additional emergency power in Pharmacy and Dietetics areas; and provide air/oxygen/vacuum valve modifications and furnish and install a new oxygen reserve tank. All work will be as shown on plans and as described in specifications. The construction cost for the project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Total construction time shall be 270 days.
